He has been named in the "Who's Who" of trial lawyers by the New York Law Journal Survey and is a past officer of the Defense Research Institute. In addition, he has edited a liability and insurance practice guide for Matthew Bender Law Publishing Company. Mr. Waxman's extensive experience in the trial of complex actions, led to his co-authoring certain chapters of a nationwide publication for Matthew Bender in the Personal Injury Desk Book on selecting the products liability jury.
Mr. Waxman has been Honorary and Special Counsel to the New York City Patrolmen's Benevolent Association and is a director of an association known as Link Counseling Center, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized in order to assist adolescents with alcohol and drug abuse problems. Mr. Waxman is also a director of the
1. Neuro based Linguistic Language Psychology; 2. Master’s Level Linguistic Language Psychology; 3. N.L.P. based Hypnosis Training; 4. He has also successfully completed two (2) trainings in META-ENERGETICS; and 5. He has been further certified at Southern N.L.P. in the field of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and N.L.P. based Hypnosis. Mr. Waxman then went on to study at Western N.L.P at Arizona and completed his N.L.P. Coaching Certification and also certified by the International Coaching Association. Mr. Waxman also works with military and police in the area of Fear Control so that they can operate at their best under the most stressful circumstances and has recently given a Seminar in Minden , Nevada on these issues. Most recently, Mr. Waxman has recently received a certification as a Oneness Facilitator from the Oneness University of India.
