Marlene Silver Waxman’s focus has always been teaching and helping others overcome, transcend and transform. She has been living by this mantra since the time she was balancing being a single mom while maintaining a successful career as a real estate agent. While raising her two daughters, Marlene was an accomplished real estate agent; she was the first woman to be promoted to Vice President of the largest real estate firm in the Southeastern United States.
At heart, Marlene is a spiritual being. She is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Psychology Master Practitioner and Life Coach. She has worked for over three decades in the corporate world helping people to develop the skills for personal and professional success. Since leaving the corporate environment, Marlene has focused on working with people and groups who want to make significant changes in their life now and live the life that they want. She teaches self-awareness and effective communication techniques that can be applied in team-building, organizational development, conflict management and creating culture change within an organization. She is also an authorized practitioner of the VARK Learning Preference Assessment.
Marlene attended the University of Florida, majoring in Psychology. She earned her NLP and Hypnosis certifications at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. In 2003, Marlene travelled to Fiji to study at the Oneness University and received a certification as a Oneness Facilitator and Blessing Giver. This added a wonderful spiritual dimension to her successful NLP practice.
Marlene is available for individual and group workshops.

A New York trial attorney with 45 years in practice, Stan Waxman is also an accomplished life coach, consultant, and sought after speaker. He spent 15 years as the Senior Supreme Court Trial Counsel for the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, during which much of his free time was devoted to service groups and teaching others how to set and attain positive life goals. It was a passion he’s now turned into a profession.
Formerly an associate professor of law at Hofstra University, Stan was named in the “Who’s Who” of trial lawyers by the New York Law Journal Survey. He has lectured before the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the County Bar Associations of Queens and Nassau counties. He continues to make strides in the legal world as trial counsel to the Nassau County Police Chiefs Association and the Garden City Police Department in addition to wearing the title of honorary Special Counsel to the New York City Patrolman’s Benevolent Society.
While he very much enjoys the success he has had in the legal profession, it is his work in the self-empowerment field that fulfills him. Stan has been and continues to be very active with non-profit organizations and other service groups, many of which aid children. He is a director at the Grove School (which specializes in educating learning disabled children) and the Think Global School (a high school whose students travel the world allowing them to gain unique cultural perspectives) for which he lectures to both students and teachers. In addition, Stan serves as a director of the Link Counseling Center, a non-profit organization that assists teens and adolescents dealing with substance abuse problems.
Stan has always had a soft spot for children and co-founded his own not-for-profit organization, Parents Against Bullies, which combats childhood bullying and promotes healthy emotional development and effective social skills. His position as president of this organization has allowed him to bring the issue of bullying to the national stage in venues such as The O’Reilly Factor.
Stan has always been fascinated by psychology and this interest led him to earn certification from the University of Miami’s Department of Complimentary Medicine in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Language Psychology and N.L.P. based hypnosis. In correlation to these studies, Stan discovered Meta-Energetics, an innovative touch technique designed to eliminate defensive behaviors and help people overcome self-limiting habits in their lives.
This culminated in Stan earning a coaching certificate in N.L.P. and applying his knowledge to the treatment of post traumatic stress disorder. He used these skills to help Military Police learn fear control techniques in order to ensure that they could function at the highest levels of efficiency in even the most stressful situations—a topic on which Stan has just hosted a seminar in Minden, Nevada.
Stan also has earned the title of Oneness Facilitator from the global Oneness Movement, a touch- and intent-based technique of spiritual enlightenment designed to solidify purpose, eliminate self-destructive thoughts and behaviors, and boost confidence and performance in the personal and professional spheres.
Stan is currently available worldwide for private speaking engagements, consultations, and coaching sessions in the fields of personal and professional development, essential success skills and attitudes, and Neuro-Linguistic Psychology and its applications in real world settings.
